Emergency response
Leakage emergency response
Evacuate personnel from the contaminated area to a safe area, prohibit unrelated personnel from entering the contaminated area, and cut off the source of fire. It is recommended that emergency personnel wear gas masks and general fire protection clothing. Seal the leak while ensuring safety. Spray mist can reduce evaporation but cannot reduce the flammability of leaks in restricted spaces. Absorb with activated carbon or other inert materials, and then collect and transport to a waste treatment facility for disposal. If there is a large amount of leakage, use embankments for containment, and then collect, transfer, recycle or dispose of it after harmless treatment.
Protective measures
Respiratory protection: Wear a gas mask in high concentration environments. When rescuing or escaping in an emergency, it is recommended to wear a self-contained breathing apparatus.
Eye protection: Wear chemical safety goggles.
Body protection: Wear appropriate work clothes.
Hand protection: Wear chemical resistant gloves. Skin protective film can also be used.
Other: Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited at the workplace. After work, take a shower and change clothes. Maintain good hygiene habits.
First aid measures
Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and thoroughly rinse with plenty of flowing water.
Eye contact: Immediately lift the eyelids and rinse with plenty of flowing water or physiological saline.
Inhalation: Quickly remove from the scene to a place with fresh air. Maintain airway patency. Administer oxygen when breathing is difficult. When breathing stops, immediately perform artificial respiration. Seek medical attention.
Ingestion: If taken by mistake, rinse your mouth thoroughly, drink water, wash your stomach as soon as possible, and seek medical attention.
